16. What's the conversion rate of people joining traffic wave after they have opt in the squeeze page with email follow ups? Do you also know how much each lead is worth? 

Most of my traffic goes straight to the home pages, and the conversion rate depends on the advertising source. I have emails that have better than 10% click-through rate, but I can’t determine the actual conversion rates since I have lots of advertising sources feeding the same home pages. The value per lead depends on what you’re looking for … for example, one way to determine value per lead is by the conversion ratio … if I buy 1,000 leads for $100 and 100 sign up , I could say I’m paying $1 per sign up. On the other hand, the value in terms of income to me (or you) depends on the conversion ratio and how much money I (or you) make per lead. Each member that signs up … and joins TWMMS … makes me $2 in the registration fee since I have to manually add the new member to the TWMMS co-op … if the new recruit only joins Trafficwave, I don’t get the $2 fee. Either way, no other money is made until the new recruit upgrades his TW account to Paid status. If my TWMMS marketing recruits a new member using your TW affiliate link .. which makes him your personal referral …. When he upgrades, you get the $17.95 Fast Track bonus, and we both get the monthly commission each month he remains in the Trafficwave. I have one downline member that’s been there for more than 5 years, and I have lots of members still here since January 2012 when I launched the TWMMS. So, I can’t really tell you the value per lead. Also, the value per lead … in terms of cost … is highly dependent on the quality of the lead source.
