12. How can I see how many people have visited my encoded home page and Trafficwave affiliate site? When will my campaign for the 100K visits to my site I got when I ordered the Autoresponder campaigns offer begin & how can I track it? Your
free 100K visits campaign began the day you ordered the Autoresponder one-time
offer, but you can’t track the hits. The traffic is sent to your encoded home
page and when someone clicks the Step 1 button to join Trafficwave, that’s the
only time someone actually ends up on your Trafficwave affiliate page. This is
also how you get your potential sign-ups via the TWMMS ad co-op … all my paid
and free marketing drives traffic to the TWMMS home pages, and when a new
prospect clicks on the Step 1 link, he is taken to the next TWMMS member on the
rotator list. As a result, you could get 10 to the home page and all 10 click
the Step 1 link which would send a prospect to the next 10 people on the list
… or you could send 100 people and there might only be 3 people that actually
take action and click on the Step 1 button. However,
since there is no ad tracking URL on your encoded home page or your Trafficwave
affiliate link, there is no accurate way to determine how many people have
visited. That said, if you create an Ad Tracker URL in your Trafficwave account
and then use the tracking URL in your marketing, you can determine how many
people visited your encoded home page. When
you send traffic to your encoded home page (which is what the 100K free hits
does), anyone that clicks the Step 1 button and joins will be your personal
referral … it bypasses the rotator since you are doing your own directed
marketing. So,
the end result is you won’t “see” any traffic to your TW affiliate pages
(or at least I don’t know of any way you can see it) or to your encoded TWMMS
pages … unless you send traffic to your encoded TWMMS pages using a Tracking
URL from your Trafficwave account. To do this, log into TW & click on “Ad
Tracking URL”; then enter your encoded home page or encoded splash page. Then
fill in the blanks to create a tracking URL. Finally, promote the tracking URL
which forwards traffic to your encoded pages. Then you can log into TW and see
how many hits your tracking URL received. |
